Refund policy

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is submitted, it quickly moves into production with our printing partner. At that point, changes or cancellations aren’t possible since the process has already begun. We recommend reviewing your project carefully before checking out to make sure everything looks just the way you want.

 

Within 30 days of receiving your order

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact our customer support team at support@printchapters.com and we would be happy to help. Refund requests received within 30 days of order delivery date will be accepted no questions asked. We will refund you once we received your returned item.


Damaged items / print defects

All orders are covered by our re-print guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, or in any way defective (e.g. print quality issues) please email photos of the item to support@printchapters.com and we will make it right.

 

Design issues / Placeholders printed

If you are unhappy with your item due to an issue that we consider a customer fault (e.g. placeholder text was not updated, spelling errors made in customer's design etc.) then a re-print will be offered at our discretion.
