Returns Policy - Chapters Photobooks

Within 24 hours of placing your order

We can cancel your order if you email us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Please email support@printchapters.com.

 

Within 30 days of receiving your order

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact our customer support team at support@printchapters.com and we would be happy to help. Refund requests received within 30 days of order delivery date will be accepted no questions asked. We will refund you once we received your returned item.


Damaged items / print defects

All orders are covered by our re-print guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, or in any way defective (e.g. print quality issues) please email photos of the item along with your order number, to support@printchapters.com and we will make it right. Returning the damaged item to us is not necessary in this situation.

 

Delivery issues

When an order is damaged in transit, we will reprint your order no questions asked. To reprint an order damaged in transit, please email your order number and photos of the damage to product AND the damaged packaging.

When a product is undelivered (e.g. a lost parcel, returned to sender, returned due to error with shipping address), we will reship your order once it arrives back at our warehouse. Note that in some cases it can take some time for the undelivered product to return to us.

 

Design issues / Placeholders printed

If you are unhappy with your item due to an issue that we consider a customer fault (e.g. placeholder text was not updated, spelling errors made in customer's design etc.) then a re-print will be offered at our discretion.
